  How does hiring my VA actually work?
Think of it like renting our VAs for your business.

Our team works hard to hire, train, and manage top performing VA’s that go through an intense vetting process before we offer their services to fitness coaches.

When they are ready, fitness coaches like you are matched with the VA that best matches your current situation, goals, and personality.

After you’ve hired your VA, you will be in close contact with both your VA and your Client Success Manager who will be constantly training and working closely with your team to ensure your account is performing.

If in the event there is an issue inside your account, our team is on it.

If we need to replace staff due to unforeseen circumstances, our team handles it.

We just need you to show up for the team, market to your customers, and help create a steady stream of leads for your VA to connect with.
 What happens if the VA quits or needs to be replaced?
The Client Success Manager assigned to your account will replace them with another highly trained VA and integrate them into your team.

This is handled by our company at no additional cost or inconvenience to you.
 What happens if the VA assigned to my account isn't a good fit?
Again, your Client Success Manager assigned to your account will find a replacement and onboard them. The teams that perform the best are the ones who are aligned with the VA’s. But please note that this goes both ways.

We have had our VAs request account transfers in the past, and your VA had the freedom to request an account transfer at any time.

In the event of that happening you would be informed and provided a new VA that better matches you and your needs.
 What happens if I don’t post consistently or follow the expectations?
Our team is committed to getting results for your business…

But that becomes incredibly difficult to deliver if you are not doing the required work for us to generate new leads.

The Client Success Manager assigned to your account will reach out to you if they notice a decrease of posts, live streams, or social proof and request actions from you to help us perform better.

But if we notice a lack of performance from you and it is causing our team to not deliver results, we will make the decision to end services with you.
 What would cause The Virtual Assistants Co to end services with a client?
We value integrity, team work, and urgency. If we are working with a client who does not deliver on their end, there is a good chance we will not be able to deliver our best results.

We don’t work with clients who don’t care about their business or their teams.
Reasons for termination can include but are not limited to:
  • You're not posting consistently or going live as the lead flow will decrease.
  • Rudeness to our team or inability to properly communicate with us in a way that isn’t offensive, demeaning, or unprofessional.
  • ​If we have to chase you constantly to get what we need to be successful. Examples include: sending loom videos, posting enough content, getting good testimonials, etc.
  • ​Lack of communication: our team thrives on communication and we need daily communication Monday-Friday to ensure we are successful. This does not mean you have to be on hour long calls with us every day, but it does mean being a responsive leader for our VAs at least 5 days per week. 
 How does payment work?
All TVAC clients (you) make the investment at the start of services. 

After that you are responsible for paying your VA directly (which we will teach you how to do) The VA will send an invoice with the monthly performance pay. 

We have designed a customized incentive structure for the VAs performance pay. The premise of their incentive structure is to reward your VAs directly for making you more money.

The richer your VA makes you, the more reward your VA’s receive from their performance. Thus incentivizing them to continue performing well into the future.

This may include commission, a fixed incentive rate, or hours worked.

The VA will send their invoice directly to you on 2nd or 3rd of every month following the month of service.
 Are there different levels of service I can request?
Yes.

TVAC offers an array of services to meet each individual client’s specific needs.

Along the course of the service, you may decide to upgrade or downgrade your service depending on what makes the most sense for your business.

We will also provide our opinions on what services will perform best for you at the moment.
